Each yoga class lasts about 1h or 1h30 and is composed as follows:
* 10 minutes of warm-up,
* 40 minutes of exercises (postures or asanas),
* 10 minutes of relaxation.
Yoga materials to bring to the class: mats and bricks (blocks and wedges optional - will be advised by the teacher if necessary).
